Step 1:  Connect to our FTP site by clicking on "CLIENT LOGIN" below. A login window should pop up. 

Step 2:  Enter the user name and password supplied by Townes Site Engineering, Inc. (Password and username are case sensitive). Please contact us if you need or have misplaced your username and password, (804) 748-9011.

Step 3:  Once logged in, locate your files. they should be in a folder or labeled with your name. You can download them by right clicking the one you want and choosing "save link as". Then choose a location to save the file.
