The Engineering Division Design Teams bring a wealth of experience and ideas to turn a project’s vision into reality.  Each Design Team is headed by an experienced design professional that is responsible for producing plans and specifications.  Our collaborative approach to projects ensures that multiple design professionals work hand-in-hand to problem solve and seek ultimate solutions moving projects forward into construction.  In addition, construction plans are also put through a rigorous in-house peer review process to ensure accuracy.  Our engineering staff has the technical expertise and knowledge to navigate a changing regulatory environment.  Our design teams are committed to approaching each project as if “we own it” which is just one of the keys to our success.
