Project Manager – Land Development

Townes Site Engineering is seeking a Project Manager to join our Civil Engineering Department. The Project Manager position is within a team-oriented environment and the Project Manager’s responsibilities include designing utilities, roadways, erosion control, and grading projects in developing engineering site and subdivision plans. The Project Manager works with CAD Technicians in designing and generating accurate and detailed plan production work. In addition, the position involves communicating with other staff, clients, contractors, and the general public for engineering or construction related issues.


  • Professional Registration: PE
  • Candidates should share a commitment to our company’s mission and a shared values of a team approach to projects.
  • 5 to 15 years of land development experience.
  • Working knowledge and experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
