Overview

Horner Park is a 231-acre parcel of land located south of the intersection of Mount Hermon Road and Genito Road in western Chesterfield County, Virginia. The initial phase of the planned park is to provide a 3 mile walking and biking trail system, volleyball court, picnic area and shelter with the future plan to include soccer and baseball fields, tennis courts, multi-use fields, and an archery center. The Townes Team provide wetland delineation and wetland permitting for the access road and phase I design.
